Tricia Stuth is an associate professor of architecture. She focuses on the role of context in design, understanding its influence from culture and technology, politics and place. She helped lead an interdisciplinary team of students in the design of a New Norris House, the outcome of which was the manufacture of a prototypical home for the New Deal Town of Norris—one of the nation's first planned communities developed by the Tennessee Valley Authority.
