Richard Pacelle is an expert on the US Supreme Court. His other interests include American politics, Constitutional law, civil liberties, and the judicial process. He received his doctorate in political science from Ohio State University and his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Connecticut. He previously taught at Georgia Southern University, Indiana University, and the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He has taught abroad in Italy and Spain.
