Ben Blalock is the Blalock-Kennedy-Pierce Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He has won multiple awards for teaching and research, primarily in the area of computer chips and computer circuitry. He designed and created some of the circuitry used in NASA's Mars rover Curiosity.
