Dawn Coe is an assistant professor of kinesiology, recreation, and sport studies. Her research focuses primarily on pediatric exercise physiology.

David Bassett is an expert in physical activity and energy expenditure and was among the first to demonstrate that certain pedometers could be valid and reliable research tools, thus providing a way for researchers to objectively document the activity levels of individuals.
